¿Qué incluye?

Your entry to the Firefly Sanctuary MX includes:

• Room in a boutique hotel in the magical town of Huamantla
• Transportation Huamantla - Sanctuary - Huamantla
• Access to the Firefly Sanctuary MX Parking is limited according to the number of guests, so we recommend checking in early to ensure parking within the assigned boutique hotel. For the night of August 14, accommodation will be in Tlaxcala, capital.

¿Qué llevar?

• Wear dark clothing, without reflective or fluorescent colors.
• Bring an extra pair of shoes to use exclusively at the Firefly Sanctuary MX.
• We recommend bringing an extra change of clothes in case of rain.
• The use of flashlights, cell phones, cameras with flash, or any other device that emits light, music, or noise, as well as fluorescent clothing or LED shoes, is not allowed during the sighting.
• Bring a plastic raincoat as umbrellas or parasols are not allowed.
• The use of mosquito repellents is not allowed in order to preserve the fireflies.

• Children under 3 years old do not pay. 
• Children 4 years old and older pay full price.

Política de cancelación

• Access is not permitted to individuals under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
• There will be no cancellations, and rescheduling will only be possible for a future date.
• If rescheduling is necessary, availability must be verified, and the request made at least 48 hours before your check-in date.

No show

• It will be considered a no-show if the visitor does not check-in before 5:00 p.m. on the scheduled day. 
• If they arrive after this time, the amount paid up to that point will not be refunded. In the event of a no-show, the reservation cannot be valid for a later date, and there will be no refund of the total amount paid up to that moment.

Aspectos importantes

• On the day of your visit, you must settle any outstanding amount in cash and collect your entry bracelet to the Firefly Sanctuary, MX.
• Availability in hotels is limited, so priority will be given to those reservations that have paid their deposit.
• A room of comparable quality will be provided at a boutique hotel to be determined in the magical town of Huamantla, Tlaxcala.
• We recommend arriving in Huamantla before 4 pm to avoid any inconvenience with your visit to the Firefly Sanctuary.
• As it is a protected area, pets are not allowed under any circumstances.
• We have rooms for 2, 3, and 4 people. These will be assigned according to the conditions of your reservation and the number of people.
• The company reserves the right to allocate and modify the type of room assigned to your group.
• An additional cost will be charged for single occupancy (one person only).
• The reservation will only be valid for the previously agreed-upon day and date.
• We recommend reviewing the recommendations page provided by the Firefly Sanctuary MX.
• Access to the Firefly Sanctuary MX will not be allowed without an entry bracelet.
• Changes in timing and activities may occur without prior notice.
• For the night of August 14, accommodation will be in Tlaxcala capital.

04:00 p.m. Departure from Huamantla 

05:00 p.m. Arrival at the Firefly Sanctuary MX 06:00 p.m. Trail description and familiarization with the ecosystem 

07:00 p.m. Firefly sighting in forested trail 10:30 p.m. Return to Huamantla 

12:00 a.m. Arrival at boutique hotel in the magical town of Huamantla, Tlaxcala Day 2 at the Firefly Sanctuary MX TIME ACTIVITY

11:00 a.m. Checkout from boutique hotel in the magical town of Huamantla. For the night of August 14, accommodation will be in Tlaxcala capital.
